What do I need to do for the maintenance of the equipment and the replacement of parts?

Any problem after receiving the product can contact us at any time, we will guide the installation and maintenance through the network online, because it is a factory, the supply of spare parts is sufficient and timely.

Are the products shipped as a whole or split? Is there any instruction guide for installation?


A

This needs to be based on our existing experience, and combined with customer requirements, reasonable packaging and transport. After receiving the goods, there will be a video and text instructions to guide the installation.

Where is the port for loading and transporting?

Qingdao port or to the port specified by the customer.

How long does it take from order confirmation to shipping?

If it is regular goods, the delivery time is 3-5 days. If it is customised products, negotiation time is needed.
